Is there a fee to sign up for a trial account?

There's no need to pay for the trial account, it's completely free and no credit card is required.

How does the free trial work?

After registering for a free account, you will have 14 days to test out all of the features of StockUnify. The trial account provides full access to every feature, so you are free to try everything. You can even use real data to test all of the features. When you convert your trial account to a production account, you can choose to keep all of the data from the trial account or delete it.

Could I extend my trial period?

We offer a 14-day free trial period, which should be enough time for you to try out all of our features. If you need more time to test our product, please contact our customer service team to discuss an extension. You can reach us by emailing support@stockunify.com.

We provide a free plan specifically designed for small businesses with lower transaction needs. To get started, simply sign up for a free trial. You can then easily switch to the free plan by accessing the subscription management tab. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can wait until the free trial expires, and your plan will automatically transition to the free plan

Can I upgrade my free plan to other plan?

Absolutely! Upgrading your plan is quick and easy. Simply access the subscription management tab at any time. From there, select the plan that suits your needs, and follow the prompts to upgrade. It's that simple!

What is the process for upgrading my subscription?

To upgrade your subscription, you can navigate to the 'Manage my subscription' section and select the plan that you want to upgrade to. Follow the prompts to complete the upgrade process, and your new plan will take effect immediately. Is it possible to increase the number of users on my account?

Yes, it is! If you have the Business plan or Enterprise plan, you can add extra users through the 'Manage my subscription' section. However, if you have the Start-up or Basic plan, you cannot upgrade the number of users directly. Instead, you can upgrade your plan to the Business plan, which includes more users and allows you to add additional users as needed.

What is the process for canceling my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, you can send a request to support@stockunify.com that includes your Company Name and the reason for your cancellation. Please note that the request must be made by the Super Admin for security reasons. We will process your cancellation as quickly as possible.
